This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you shop through ENTITY-E.com.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is an important delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time depends on your country, the product ordered, and the local carrier handling the package.
- United States: 7 to 15 business days
- Australia: 7 to 15 business days
- Europe: 7 to 18 business days
- Other countries: 10 to 25 business days
These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, courier delays, local holidays, or incorrect shipping details may cause delays.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to update after the order has been shipped.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@entity-e.com. We can try to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.
Delayed orders
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help check the status.
A delay does not always mean the order is lost. Sometimes tracking updates slowly while the package is moving between carriers or customs.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your local carrier, building reception, neighbors, or household members.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will review the situation with you.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Some countries may charge import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are not controlled by ENTITY ECOM GRP LLC and may be the customer’s responsibility depending on local laws.
Wrong or incomplete address
ENTITY ECOM GRP LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
